Dolcetto (pure). Clarified and stabilized in stainless steel vats.
A careful cultivation in vineyard affords not to use chemicals. All the production is obtained by property vineyards, in Cisterna d'Asti and Saint Damiano d'Asti.
Up to 3 years.
Alcohol 13,00% vol.
Ruby red with violet lights.
Flowery, fruity and winey. Herbaceous notes and the scent of roses, cherry and plum.
Dry, warm, smooth and fresh. Flavoursome and quite tannic, with pleasantly bitter notes. Elegant structure.
16° - 18°.
Suitable for accompanying Italian starters; agnolotti pasta; vegetable soups; egg dishes.
