Barbera d'Asti D.O.C.G. Superiore 201618 novembre 2016
On the old vines which grow on the Bricco Cappelletta, only the biggest clusters of grapes ripen, and the best of these are then hand-picked at harvest time. The wine from them, after careful vinification, is fined for about a year in oak barrels before bottling.
