Monferrato Rosso D.O.C. 2010 "Dono di Luna" - 0,75 l bottle.

A red wine almost the colour of garnets, with good structure and intense aroma. Made from the finest Barbera, Cabernet and Croatina grapes.

Vines.
Mix of Barbera, Cabernet and Croatina. Vinified and clarified in stainless steel vats.

Cultivation.
A careful cultivation in vineyard affords not to use chemicals. All the production is obtained by property vineyards, in Cisterna d'Asti.

Bottle ageing.
Up to 5-6 years.

Analytical Characteristics.
Alcohol 13,00% vol.

Appearance.
Ruby red with purplish lights.

Nose.
Flowery, fruity and lightly spiced. Scents of rose, cherry and plum.

Palate.
Dry, warm, smooth and fresh. An elegant, full-structured wine, sufficiently tannic and full of flavour.

Serving Temperature.
18°- 20° C.

Couplings.
Serve with Italian starters; agnolotti pasta; meat; seasoned cheeses.

Monferrato Chiaretto D.O.C. 2016 "Dono di Luna" - 0,75 l bottle.

A rosè wine of limited production , with an agreeable palate and intense, fruity aroma. Made from the finest Bonarda and Freisa grapes.


Vines.
A mix of Arneis and Cortese. Vinified and clarified in stainless steel vats.


Cultivation.
A careful cultivation in vineyard affords not to use chemicals. All the production is obtained by property vineyards, in Cisterna d'Asti and San Damiano d'Asti.


Bottle ageing.
Up to 2-3 years.


Analytical Characteristics.
Alcohol 13,00% vol.


Appearance.
Deep pink colour, with purple lights


Nose.
Flowery and fruity with hints of herbaceous notes.


Palate.
Dry, warm, smooth, fresh and flavoursome. A harmonious wine thanks to its balance.

10°- 12° C.

Accompanies starters, fish, white meat

A white wine of good structure and fruity perfume. Limited production, "Dono di Luna" (gift of moonlight), created by Tenuta la Pergola from the finest Arneis and Cortese grapes.

Vines.
A mix of Arneis and Cortese. Vinified and clarified in stainless steel vats.

A careful cultivation in vineyard affords not to use chemicals. All the production is obtained by property vineyards, in Cisterna d'Asti and San Damiano d'Asti.

Bottle ageing.
Up to 2 years.

Appearance.
Pale straw colour with greenish lights.

Nose.
Floral and fruity with suggestions of white flowers and herbaceous notes.

Palate.
Dry, warm and smooth. Fresh and flavoursome, with good balance.

Serve with starters and fish dishes.
